Crabcake Creme' Brulee

Prep time: 4 Minutes
Bake time: 25-28 minutesCrabcake Creme' Brulee



Ingredients:
1 cup of milk (or heavy cream, or ½ of each)
3 eggs, whipped
½ cup of cooked crabmeat (canned Chicken of the Sea recommended)

Directions:


Mix ingredients well and pour into oven tempered ramekins (or other small oven safe custard bowls).
Place in preheated 375 degree oven. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Cool and serve.
Best to refrigerate leftovers for another treat day, or share with the neighbor’s cat!!
